Colrain records 11 sales in past month as most prices await registry update
Colrain recorded 11 property sales between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Only three transactions have posted sale prices in the registry so far, ranging from $100,000 to $543,345, with a median of $155,000 among those three. The period's largest recorded sale was 207 Franklin Hill Road at $543,345, sold Aug. 31 by Sheryl L. Stanton to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Two sales each were recorded on Ed Clark Road and on Main Road. Prices for the remaining eight sales had not yet reached the registry; deed data typically shows a price within about a week of recording, so the full picture should fill in soon.
