Colrain recorded 11 property deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, though only four listed a disclosed sale price. Those ranged from $125,000 to $543,345, with a median of $260,000. The period's highest-recorded sale was 207 Franklin Hill Rd., which sold for $543,345 to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Main Road, Ed Clark Road and the Reils Road area each saw two transfers. Several deeds listed banks or credit unions as buyer or seller, and two Reils-area transfers involved the same family name as seller. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited basis for judging overall market direction this period.
