Colrain records six deeds in past month, prices posted for half
Colrain recorded six property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Sale prices are posted so far for three, ranging from $12,500 to $543,345, with a median of $100,000 among those. The remaining three, at 105 Hillman Road, 224 Ed Clark Road and 122 Main Road, show price not yet available and should post within about a week. The period's top recorded sale was 207 Franklin Hill Road at $543,345. Financial institutions appear as buyers in three of the six transfers, and two deeds moved property between people sharing the same surname. No two sales shared a street name.
