Colrain recorded eight property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only two carried a posted sale price: $55,000 for 172 Call Road and $300,000 for 245 Ed Clark Road, producing a median of $177,500 across the two available figures.

Colrain recorded eight property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only two carried a posted sale price: $55,000 for 172 Call Road and $300,000 for 245 Ed Clark Road, producing a median of $177,500 across the two available figures. The month's most notable transaction was the Ed Clark Road sale, an estate transfer from the Harriet B. Dyer estate to family members David E. and Barbara L. Dyer. Other transfers included two properties on Thompson Road and two on Main Road, plus sales involving Greenfield Cooperative Bank and UMassFive College Federal Credit Union as buyers. With six of eight sales still missing price data, the overall market tone for the period cannot yet be fully assessed.
