Colrain Sees Wide Price Range in July Deeds, Most Sales Undisclosed

Colrain recorded 11 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, per Franklin County Registry of Deeds data. Only three deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $135,205 to $600,000, with a median of $200,000. The month's top recorded sale was 271 Thompson Road, which sold for $600,000 on July 29 to Michael and Amber Crochier from Leah Chrystal and Steven Peter Coburn. The remaining eight transfers, including two bank-sold properties and one involving town taxes, did not list a price, limiting a fuller read on market conditions this period.
