Franklin County Registry records show nine Colrain property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10. Four carry a recorded price so far, ranging from $12,500 to $300,000, with a median of $77,500; the other five show price not yet available and typically post within about a week. The period's top recorded sale was 245 Ed Clark Rd at $300,000, an estate transfer within the Dyer family. Thompson Road saw two transfers, and three of the nine deeds list a bank or credit union as buyer. With most prices still incomplete, the deed count of nine is the clearest signal of activity this period.
