Seven property transfers were recorded in Colrain during October, but only two carried a recorded sale price by month's end: $55,000 for 172 Call Rd., sold to Greenfield Cooperative Bank, and $300,000 for 245 Ed Clark Rd., an estate transfer within the Dyer family, yielding a median of $177,500 across the priced sales.
